CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1          The submitted entry/s must be the original work of the          entrant

2          Entries should not currently be entered in any other   competition   or have won a prize             in any other competition.

3          Entries can be typed or handwritten.

4          Entries are to be double spaced and written/typed on one

side     only.

5          Closing date for the competition is 31^st July 2015

6          Judges reserve the right to not award prizes in every category

7          Your name and address must not appear on any pages of

your entry

8          The official entry form (or photocopy of) should be    attached to    your entry by a clip or alternatively, you may

write your details on a separate piece of paper and attach that.

9          Copies of winning entries will be kept and may be       published in future publications of the Copper Triangle

Writers’ Group.

10       All other manuscripts will be destroyed at the end of the

competition.

11        Individual winners will be notified by mail after which

time     results will be published in the YP Country Times.

12        The Judges’ decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
